Wallfashion specialist Grandeco treated its employees to a family day in true festival style! The enchanting pop-up bar Treelove in Tielt was the setting for a fun filled day on 17 September. Our event planners ensured the smooth flow of the day and provided children’s entertainment, food trucks, a photo search, a DJ and more!
Indian summer staff event
Wallpaper, wall stickers, accessories, carpets and even digital wallpaper. At Grandeco Wallfashion Group Belgium, it is all about wall decoration. With over 300 employees in over 80 countries, the innovative company is one of the most important wallpaper producers in the world. Grandeco wanted to organise a grand event to reward its employees and their families. D’M&S came up with the Summer Festival concept, the ideal family celebration to wave the summer goodbye. We fanatically pushed through the festival concept, up to the wristbands, wooden signs and food trucks! The invitations developed by D’M&S were also bursting with summer vibes.
Enchanting location
On Sunday 17 September we welcomed 300 guests at the pop-up bar Treelove in Tielt. As the name suggests, this summer outdoor bar is hidden between the trees and has everything a summer bar needs: sand, grass, lounge seats and even log cabins. In this enchanting environment, colleagues and their families could meet for a day of relaxation.
Entertainment for young & old
Apart from the children’s entertainment and photo search that entertained not only the children but also the adults, everyone enjoyed the street food served by the food trucks. Of course, there were also delicious drinks, such as summer cocktails or mocktails for those who avoid alcohol. We also set up a creative corner where the kids could get creative with wall decoration materials from Grandeco. The best works are now hanging in the showroom of the wall decoration specialist. After the photo search, the winner received a Bongo voucher and we treated everyone to an ice cream and a last drink. This way, we could toast on the summer one more time!
