Recticel builds a new corporate website

Recticel Insulation, part of Recticel Group, needed a new digital hub: a corporate website that showcases its expertise, guides visitors quickly to the right information and at the same time provides a solid foundation for international marketing and lead generation.

D’M&S guided the project from strategic analysis and structure through to development and launch.

Needs analysis lays a strong foundation

The project kicked off with a series of deep-dive sessions in which we sharpened the objectives together with Recticel. We went beyond the original request and developed an approach that fits seamlessly with the needs of the user.

Based on that analysis, we set the direction:
• position Recticel more strongly as a technical reference in smart insulation solutions
• guide visitors smoothly and purposefully to the right content

To keep this extensive project running efficiently, we held weekly status meetings. This kept all teams involved – at both D’M&S and Recticel – aligned at all times and allowed rapid progress.

A future-proof digital hub

The new website starts from applications rather than products. Visitors navigate through concrete building situations such as flat roofs, pitched roofs and floors. Within those applications, the site zooms in further on sub-applications, for example flat roofs on concrete or steel deck. That way, every visitor immediately gets access to the information that is relevant to their specific project.

The website also features content on topics that are high on the agenda in the sector, such as fire behaviour, sustainability, circularity and quality assurance. By smartly connecting products, references, documentation and applications, we created a user-friendly and logically structured UX navigation.

A platform with extensive functionality

Today, the website offers professionals a wide range of practical tools:
• a technical library with all relevant documentation
• an overview of calculators and tools
• a dealer locator that shows the right partners in each country

Behind the scenes, we connected several systems:
• product and dealer data are synchronised with the PIM system and Salesforce
• relevant data is passed on to Pardot for further marketing follow-up

Simultaneous launch in 12 countries

Recticel launched its new corporate website in several countries at once, including Belgium, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Spain, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

With this new platform, Recticel Insulation has a future-proof digital hub that makes its Future Smart Insulation expertise more visible and supports its international marketing and sales activities.
