Visser & Smit Hanab is a leading name in energy transition, with more than 70 years’ experience. The folks there build long-distance piping, supply lines and industrial systems for water and energy transmission and distribution. Visser & Smit Hanab markets itself as an energy transition one-stop shop, based on the slogan ‘Connecting is part of our DNA’. Our job was to encapsulate that message in a clear visual branding package.

Concept visual with stopping power

We created a visual that perfectly illustrates what Visser & Smit Hanab stands for. An energy handshake between two transmission lines visualises the firm’s customer-centric approach and such values as sense of responsibility and safety. The new branding positions Visser & Smit Hanab on the market as an attractive employer too. We grabbed the target group’s attention on social media with a focused marketing approach. We used teasers to whip up interest ahead of a full campaign aimed at all employees and the outside world.

We launched the renewed approach to the target group via social media. The concept image, the website and the corporate movie presented Visser & Smit Hanab as an attractive employer.

Video-powered activation

The corporate video is centred on the slogan. Each Visser & Smit Hanab department and discipline is covered. We make it clear exactly what the company stands for: a very attractive employer that is ready for every challenge.

None of the many hands involved in getting your energy from A to B are overlooked. Our video team took on all production responsibilities, from script to final cut. Upon completion, the video was published on the new website and on social media, launching a round of online activation.
