We work on enhancing the brand familiarity and image of Tyles all year round with a mix of an always-on campaign and a cross-media communication strategy. This spring we also raised the tile specialist’s profile in print, on radio and TV and in the socials. Interested?

Radio and TV firsts

We recently created the first-ever TV campaign for Tyles. Our media planners opted for a brand awareness package aimed at boosting the profile of Tyles over a three-week period on the Flemish VTM 1, 2, 3 and GO channels. We also repeated the existing radio commercial on Q, Joe, Willy and TopRadio, with BelRTL and Nostalgie included in the roster for the first time, as the brand pushed its profile among French speakers.

A new magazine

In the fourth issue of the Tyles magazine we focused on style. As always, the magazine is a blend of inspiration and information. Our designers also ensured a good balance between copy and pictures. The tone is set by the large photos, which are tailored to the stories about the hard-wearing nature of ceramic tiles, the customer-first approach of Tyles, selected eye-catching projects and more. This makes the magazine – which is distributed through the dealer network – a valuable sales tool that fires the dreams of potential customers and inches them towards Tyles for their next project.

March = promotional campaign

The February TV and radio offensive boosted the promotional campaign at Tyles points of sale in March. Everyone who bought tiles in that month received a luxurious leather barbeque apron for free. An attractive offer that we publicised in emails, on the website and on the socials to encourage leads to visit a Tyles showroom.

Online Marketing

Online marketing is an unmissable ingredient in the communication strategy for Tyles. We ensure that the brand stays in the minds of everyone interested in interior design, newbuild, renovation and lifestyle with posts on Facebook and Instagram. Incidentally, we recently launched ‘So Pretty’, ‘Good Combo’ and other stickers to add punch to the Instastories. Hearts and thumbs-up guaranteed!

Our SEO writers have now also produced copy based on various keywords to optimise the findability of the Tyles website and generate more leads.

Online employer branding

Due to the growth of its network Tyles has been working hard in recent months to find new employees, including an account manager, a product manager and a showroom assistant. To find the right profiles we launched a targeted recruitment campaign on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
That’s working a treat.

But there are more sales tools

We developed a selection of tasteful tools for dealers to support Tyles sales. That included a catalogue for the Outdoor Living tile collection. The QR code alongside the tiles provides a shortcut to the online platform where they can place their orders or request further information.

We also designed a guide of the available Tyles point-of-sale material. It’s a practical tool to help the sales team persuade stores to take on the role of Tyles Expert.
