AEG is clearly sold. After its good experience with influencer marketing to promote its steam ovens a while ago, it chose the same approach for two new products.

Two projects in the spotlight

A smart washing machine with AutoDose technology to ensure just the right quantity of washing powder and fabric softener is released for each wash. More convenient and better for your clothes. And an ultrasonic stain remover pen that extracts stubborn stains particle by particle by transmitting small vibrations through the fibres of your clothing. AEG is clearly focusing on innovation and convenience in its new products.

Influencers do their magic

To present the two products to the market we repeated the approach that was so successful for the AEG steam ovens. Sofie Dumont and a select number of micro-influencers had the right profile to turn their followers on to the steam ovens and this time we recruited another strong set of influencers to promote the AEG AutoDose washing machine and the ultrasonic stain remover pen. They included @glam_by_eefje, @liesellove, @funmomlife and @valerie_et_juliette, who used the content we provided creatively.

Credible communication

These influencers explained the possibilities and advantages of the two products to their followers in Instagram Stories, posts and vlogs on Facebook and Instagram. In their own style. Credible. With a friendly call to action to visit the AEG website or ask about the AutoDose washing machine and the ultrasonic stain remover pen in a store.
