Oesterbank have evolved in recent years from a sheltered workplace into a fully fledged supplier to a whole array of industries. We created a new contemporary website with just the right look and feel to tell their story. The future’s looking bright!

New website

A few years after the successful rebranding, Oesterbank presented us with a new challenge. The expanding company has evolved into an industrial supplier of finished and semi-finished products to such customers as Daikin, Thule and Renson.

But there’s still a perception out there that Oesterbank is a sheltered workplace. It was clearly time to get the message across better. First up: a new website.

Video view

To give Oesterbank a more professional image we started by upgrading the website. The video in the header is the big eye-catcher. Our video team shot footage on the work floor and gave some of the employees a chance to talk about their work. The result is a unique look behind the scenes. The whole website is studded with video stills and the whole video is also available to view on Oesterbank’s YouTube channel.

Site for customers and co-workers

As well as appealing photos and the video, the website also boasts a lot of customer references that position Oesterbank as a fully fledged industry partner.

There’s also a dedicated page for potential employees about working at Oesterbank. Including information about what makes Oesterbank a great employer, and overview of the open vacancies and an application form.

Uniform design

And to ensure uniform communication in terms of copy and images, our designers created a new email signature and PowerPoint template in line with the house style we designed previously. The cogwheels from the logo and the blue colour are used throughout.

And the challenge continues. An employer branding campaign is set to launch soon to flesh out the story of Oesterbank’s growth journey.
