Compass Group opts for uniformity
As an international group with various business units, a uniform communication policy is a must. Compass Group, a global specialist in food service and supporting tasks, asked D’M&S to devise a new recipe for uniform corporate branding.
Compass Group consists of four divisions. Scolarest operates restaurants in educational institutions, Eurest arranges catering in companies and government institutions, Medirest sees to the food service in care institutions and finally, and Eurest Services is responsible for the supporting tasks. In order to now come across as a more unified group, we created a new visual identity based on the existing house style. The main ingredient? Consistency! The same ‘Compass sauce’ was poured over all of the four business units’ communication tools, while respecting each division’s own identity. People and food visuals, clear graphic elements, and a streamlined format. Compass Group is now presenting itself as one entity more than ever before.
